The 2012 WMC aution will be held on January 28, 2012 See you there.

Doors Open/Registration Begins.. 4:30 p.m.

Dinner Served.. 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Enjoy a Caribbean Feast!  $7 per Person/$25 per Family

 

General Auction Rules

  1. You must be registered in order to bid.
  2. Certificates explain the details on making arrangements for purchased items.  Successful bidder is responsible for making these arrangements.  Please check expiration dates.
  3. Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash are accepted at check-out.

  5. All items have been donated.  Therefore, no exchanges or refunds unless stated.  All sales are final.

Captain Walker D. Plank-Buy a Line

  1. Each item is represented by 10 lines with a designated dollar amount.
  2. To “Buy a Line”, write your name and bidder # on a line. (You may write your name on as many lines as you want.)
  3. You must pay the designated amount for each line on which you write your name.  This is your commitment to pay regardless of winning the item.
  4. The amount will be recorded on your invoice at checkout.
  5. The winning line will be randomly selected.
  6. Winning certificates/items can be picked up after check out.  Please present your receipt to the table attendants to collect your items.
  7. All certificates/items must be taken home the night of the auction.

 

Bid Board Table Rules

  1. Write down your bid amount and bidding number on the paper provided and give it to the bid board attendant.  Please print and write large.
  2. You must raise bids by a minimum of $5.
  3. You may bid as often as you wish.

Verbal Auction Rules

  1. To bid, the participant holds their paddle up until acknowledged by the auctioneer or spotters.
  2. The auctioneer’s decision on any verbal item is final.

Check Out

  1. Payment must be made in full the night of the auction.  Cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard will be accepted forms of payment.  Please make all checks payable to WMCHS.

2 Captain Hook: Table Two Closes at 6:10 p.m.
3 Captain Jack Sparrow: Table Three Closes at 6:20 p.m.
4 Captain Long John Silver: Table Four Closes at 6:30 p.m.

6 Verbal: Begins at 7:00 p.m.
7 Pre Auction Item: Dinner service at the auction for a party of eight
