Industrial Technology Assignments

Monday - Friday March 8 - 12

Students will receive some handouts for metalworking. We will be lecturing, discussing and demonstrating material related to metals. Our main focus this week will be on laying-out sheet metal, bending sheet metal, different fastners for sheet metal and welding. We will also go over measurements, if your child struggles making accurate measurements to the 1/16th of an inch, please try and help them at home.

Monday - Friday March 15 - 19

Demonstrate laying, bending and spot welding the dust pan on Monday. Review measurements for a Quiz on on Friday. Demonstrate and work on fisherman and dust pan handle.

Monday - Thursday  March 29 - April 1

Continue to work on metal projects. Practice welding. Review Monday and Tuesday for Metals TEST on Wednesday.
