There are new signs in the parking lot to reserve parking spaces for senior citizens and people with mobility issues. These spaces are designated by blue lines. Please do not park in these spaces during events. Also, parking spaces designated by white lines are for staff and visitors only. Students must park in spaces designated by yellow lines only.
The musical audition workshop is tonight from 6:00 until 8:00 in the Music Room. This is open to any student thinking of; or planning to audition. Come learn about the show, and get all of the materials you need to audition, as well as get audition tips, and ask questions about the show. Hope to see you there!
1st Tri-Art Students: The Art Room will be open at noon today only to pick up your Art work. Meet Mrs. Van Duyn to pick up graded work!
Student Council will meet on Tuesday at lunch in Miss Toman’s room.
A reminder that Jostens representatives will be here on Friday, December 2nd during lunch to deliver class rings. Your ring must be paid in full in order to receive it and please remember that NO CHECKS CAN BE ACCEPTED ON DELIVERY DAY, cash or money order only. If anyone would like to order a class ring or need warranty adjustments to your ring you may see a representative at that time also.
Friday, Dec. 2 a lunch time team meeting with all the girls who signed up to play softball. Please meet in room 111.
All those interested in Ski Club at Cannonsburg please sign up in the office. There will be a ski-club that will meet regularly this year if there are at least 15 students interested. Details to follow depending on interest. Please see Mr. Kempster with any questions.
The Gatorade Free Throw noon hour contest will begin officially begin today during lunch. Each person will shoot 10 free throws, 5 at a time. overtime is 1 ft each. The High School Division: Ben OBrien vs. Dimitri Anderson and Jacob Wall vs Su Yeon Jung. College Division: Tully Groenendyk vs. Aaron Anderson, Riley Arkema vs. Miya Oakes, Cassidy Kraker vs. Sam Mast, Nate Taylor vs Robert Wilkinson, Jacob Ray vs. Henry McGannon, Jordan Betten vs. Devin Eekoff. Pairings are posted by the AD office.
Stop in and pick up your soccer state finalist shirt order in the office.
The varsity boys’ basketball team will have their picture taken after practice at 5:30.
Volunteers are needed to participate in the annual Santa Story Book Saturday on December 3. The event starts at 10:30am so we ask that volunteers be at the White Cloud Upper Elementary school no later than 9:45am. The event ends at 1pm. Volunteers are needed to wear costumes but also we can use volunteers in non costumed roles. This event can be used for students needed community service hours.
