GRADUATION NIGHT AND UPCOMING EXAM SCHEDULE

We

are graduating WMC’s Class of 2011 on Friday, June 3, at 7:30PM

here at our gymnasium on Ellis Road (see the practice schedule below.)
The rest of the student body (and any seniors who are NOT exempt

from their exams) will be taking exams next week on Monday, Tuesday,

and Wednesday.

Seniors Events for Friday, June 3:

9AM—Senior Breakfast in the cafeteria

9:30AM—Graduating practice in the gym (Grads receive 4 Reserved Tickets)

10:10AM—Practice ends…Seniors exempt from exams get to leave

7PM—Seniors return in their cap & gown ready to line-up

7:30PM—Graduation begins in the Competition Gym

10:30PM—Seniors Graduation Night Party at Norton Pines until 5AM

Here is the schedule for the last days of school:
Friday, June 3--Regular day of school for 9th, 10th, and 11th Graders.

Exam schedule is:

Monday, June 6          8:30AM--1st Hour     10:30AM--2nd Hour
Tuesday, June 7         8:30AM--3rd Hour     10:30AM--4th Hour
Wednesday, June 8    8:30AM-- 5th Hour    10:30AM—6^th Hour

Also, please remember that all Christian Service Projects
for underclassmen should be completed for this year, and the
paperwork must be turned in by June 8.  Ask your student if
they are up-to-date on this!!!  Seniors' were due on May 13.

The baseball game scheduled for today with Orchard View
at Marsh Field has been canceled.

Don't forget the Choir Concert is tonight at 7PM
at Second Christian Reformed Church in Grand Haven
(Corner of Sheldon & Robbins Rd.)

ANNOUNCEMENTS –Wednesday, June 1, 2011

We will be flipping 5<sup>th</sup> and 6<sup>th</sup> hours this week.

Next year’s AP Seniors please pick up your summer reading from Mrs. Fisher ASAP!  See her in room 255.

Next year's Adv Chem students:  Please see Miss Toman by June 3 to get your book and summer assignment.

Bowling team, please bring your lunch to the Library for dessert and hand out the MVP plaques.

All students taking English 12 next year, please stop by Mrs. VanHekken's room (151) before Friday to pick up your summer reading assignment.

Immediately following small groups on Thursday - all seniors MUST go to Mr. Falk's room.

Seniors, all library books must be returned by the close of school on Thursday.  For all other students, they must be returned by the close of school on Friday.

Students who were not in band or choir during 2<sup>nd</sup> or 3<sup>rd</sup> trimester and seniors all band and choir uniforms MUST be turned in no later than Friday morning by 10:00am to the school office. Choir members: Don't forget that we are over at 2nd CRC (Robbins & Sheldon) in Grand Haven during 5th and 6th hours today!  We will not be hauling risers to the church.  Rehearsal will begin at 1:20 in the sanctuary.

Golf team is excused from 5th and 6th hour today and all day on Thursday.

Softball team is dismissed at 2:30 today.

Girls interested in playing golf in the fall please sign the sheet in the office.

Remember to turn in your sports physical forms to the office or athletic office.

All track team members turn in your uniforms to Mr. Scholma before you take your exams/graduate.

Attention Seniors; Make sure to have your forms and money into the office today to attend the after graduation party.

Girls Tennis Awards party will be held at Coach Maycroft's home, right after school today.  We will provide the food.  Also, if you haven't turned your uniform in, please bring them.

Help is needed on graduation night for checking in band and choir uniforms.  Music Boosters need at least 4 more people to help.  Please call Hollie Alphenaar for more information.

Last call for vintage choir robes, jackets and gowns!!  $5.00 each in the advancement office.  All funds raised will go toward the balance needed for the baritone-saxophone!
