Student Council meets today ~ 9th-11th only.

Remember If you want to be on student council next year nomination forms are due next Friday

Yearbooks can be purchased through this week Friday.

Discussion groups will be today and the group leaders can see Morgan Boersma for discussion group sheets. Chapel will be on Friday instead of Thursday because of Grandparents’ Day!

Baseball, Softball, and Soccer teams will be dismissed at 2:15 today.  The golf team will be dismissed after 4^th hour today.

Please be reminded of our school dress code and the length of shorts for warmer weather.  Please keep the length according to the dress code or they will not be allowed to be worn to school.

Class of 2015 Unite!  Friday,  May 20 from 6:00 to 11:00 pm.  Student Ambassadors need to be at this event.  Juniors and Seniors interested in helping are asked to sign up in Mr. Kempster’s office.  Parents, staff, and board members interested in helping, please call Kyle Kempster at 231-799-9644 x220.

All Western Michigan Christian freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who will be competing in athletics next year are asked to report to the school at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11 for a sports physical. Athletes need a sports physical after April in order to practice for any sport the following school year. Practice for fall sports begin in August. The physical is good for the entire school year. Thanks to the doctors' office Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon, WMC is able to offer the physicals for $15 each which is well below the price you would pay at a med center or doctor's office.

All 2011-2012 athletes are asked to report to the auxiliary gym at WMC at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11. Paper work will be filled out and nurses will take the athlete's blood pressure, etc. The athletes will then proceed to the boys and girls locker rooms where four doctors will be on duty to complete the exams. The $15 must be paid at the time of the exam.

We are collecting items for Tornado Relief in the school office.  Please bring in the following items:  trash bags, baby food, formula, baby bottles and sippy cups, toys, personal hygiene items, hammers, nails, power tools, storage containers, manual can openers, water and Gatorade, laundry detergent, towels and washcloths, bandaids, Tylenol, paper towels, and toilet paper. We will be collecting donations for the next 3 to 4 weeks.
