Bruteball today.  Teams should be ready and dressed to play at 3:15.  Freshmen vs. Sophomores and Juniors vs. Seniors.  T-shirts are available in Miss Toman’s room with your money.

There will be no golf practice today.  We will have practice next week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after school at Chase Hammond.

The softball team please meet in Mr. Wierenga’s room (103) at lunch today.

Girls’ tennis team members please pick up your uniforms today immediately after school at 3:00.

Girls’ soccer players can pick up their black overcoats today at 3:00.

The girls’ basketball banquet will be next Tuesday, March 29 at 7:00PM in the cafeteria.  All Freshmen and Juniors need to bring a desert to share.  Sophomores and Seniors need to bring 2 2-liters of pop.

Student Council will sponsor the after prom dance.  Juniors and Seniors who attend the dance only are $15 and Freshman and Sophomores are $7.  See you at the Grand Haven Community Center, Friday, April 15 at 9pm!!!!!!!!!  Remember to have guest forms turned into the office by Wed, April 13!

Junior-Senior Banquet tickets are going to be on sale.  You can buy your tickets in the office after school through next Monday.  The cost will be $30 for Juniors and Seniors that did not attend last year.  It will be $25 for Seniors who did attend last year.

A volunteer list of possible babysitters for spring break for parents at MCS who might need them is needed. The daycare is not open so parents have been asking if there is anyone who could watch kids. Any students interested please stop in the office to sign up.

Seniors who live in the Tri-Cities area or Newaygo County, your newspapers will be looking for a Senior picture of you to put in their special edition of their local newspaper.  Please turn one into the office as soon as possible.

WMC senior Collin Breit will receive his scholar-athlete award Saturday at the Breslin Center during halftime of the Class C State Championship game.The ceremony will probably be covered live on TV, but also, barring technical glitches, the MHSAA plans to have a live video stream of the on-court ceremony.  Just go to http://www.mhsaa.tv/, and click the front page Scholar-Athlete link (which will be posted sometime on Saturday).  Audio of the Class C championship game will also be streamed online at http://mhsaa.ezstream.net/ -- so listen in to anticipate the end of the 2nd quarter (and the start of our halftime ceremony!).
