Donuts will be sold today during break by the lockers to fund our next Broomball event.
Congratulations to the teachers for winning the color war and to the seniors for winning the SWAG game! This brings the totals to: Seniors (587.5), Juniors (575), Teachers (412.5), Sophomores (375), and Freshman (257.5).
Today will be the donut eating contest in the cafeteria. Competing for the guys will be: Sam Mast, Justin, Tim den Dulk, Brian, and Mr. Falk. Competing for the girls will be: Shelby, Courtne, Lindsay, Sharray, and ??
Remember to wear your green and white tomororw!!!!!
If you are bringing a guest to Friday's dance please fill out the guest form and turn it into the office asap!
Bowling teams are dismissed early today at 1:45 pm.
Brian Normandin aka winter sports trip coordinator has decided we will meet at the North Muskegon Winter Sports complex at noon on Saturday. See Brian if you need to coordinate rides or have questions.
All boys interested in participating in golf this spring, please sign up in the office.
Freshmen girls’ basketball players please turn in your washed uniforms to the athletic office across from the main office as soon as possible.
Class of 2014 sweatshirts available from Mrs. Workman. She has five smalls available for $25 each.
Our Lady Warriors last night beat previously undefeated Kent City 50-47. Kent City is ranked No. 3 in the state in Class C. It was our girls’ sixth straight win!!
Musical Tickets are on sale now in the High School Office: Show Dates are 2/25 with a 7:00 PM Curtain and 2/26 with a 1:00 PM and a 7:00 PM Curtain. Ticket prices are $7.00 for Adults and $5.00 for Children and Seniors. The show will be performed at the Orchard View Community Auditorium at Orchard View High School.
The Musical is looking for volunteers (Parents or Students) to be stage hands for the show, this is quite a commitment to the show. However, it is really an important job. This counts for service hours for students or for parents. If you are interested in helping out please, contact the High School Office and attend a meeting on Tuesday at 5:30 in the music room and then stay for rehearsal at 6:00 PM to see what you would be doing.
Intersect '11- If any WMCHS students want to participate in the all-area Intersect 2011 all-night event this Friday after Homecoming, you MUST register through your youth group or a friend's youth group. No registrations will be taken the night of the event, nor will there be any supervision from WMCHS staff. If you have a registration form and the fee, please get them to Mr. Kempster this Thursday during school. |
