Do you respond with a groan when it is your turn to provide the team meal for your child’s team?  If the answer is yes, the WMC athletic boosters wants  to make it easier for you.  We would like to create a WMC Team Meal Plan Book.  Our hope is to include recipes, pre-made food items, ready to serve purchased meals, and information explaining good food choices and poor food choices for pre-game meals.

In order for the Meal Plan Book to be as useful as possible the Boosters needs your input.  Please send us what has worked well for you when serving  a team meal.  Please include the following information:  what team you served this meal to, recipes for main dish, sweet treat, or side dishes with extra information about doubling recipe or other helpful hints, what pre-made dishes  (i.e. Mac and Cheese) did you serve and how many pans did you buy,  where (i.e. Subway) and what quantity did you purchase  for a meal?

Science Olympiad meeting during lunch in Mr. Forbes’ room every Thursday.

Junior class officers please meet in the conference room during lunch on Friday.

Seniors:  If you did not turn in your order form for your cap, gown, tassel, announcements and other graduation products, please turn your order form and deposit into the office no later than today.  This will be you last chance to place your order with the class.  Please take advantage of this deadline and ordering with your classmates.  If orders are not received TODAY a special late order form will have to be used which has higher prices and limited selections.

Homecoming is approaching so it is time to choose class reps.  Start thinking about who you would like to nominate . . . nominations will take place on Tuesday, January 18.

Mrs. Workman has one ‘Class of 2014’ sweatshirt which is a large.

The Bowling team will be dismissed at 2:15 today.

Freshmen boys’ basketball players will be dismissed at 2:05 p.m. today. Van/car will be leaving for GR NorthPointe Christian at 2:15 p.m.

We will again have our annual WMC broom ball extravaganza after the auction this year.  What's Broom Ball?  Picture floor hockey on a full sized ice rink: a ton of people running and sliding in tennis shoes with several balls in play at one time.  Check your calendar for 9pm on Saturday, January 29 and then see Mr. Falk for more information and how to sign up!
